You can return a product in the following cases

1. Within 14 days after receiving your order. (Right of withdrawal)
2. If you received the wrong product, productcolor or productsize.
3. If your product is damaged.

How can i return my order or item?
Please fill in the Return form bellow. You will receive a reaction on your Return request within 24 hours (except for weekends) with further instructions.

When will I get my refund?
We will refund your purchase costs plus any shippingcosts, within 14 days after receiving your order/ item.

Conditions of refund
In the following cases we can’t accept a return or refund the total purchase costs.

1. If the product is damaged or clearly worn. The right of withdrawal gives the customer the opertunity to try out the product as if in a physical shop.
2. If the product is not packaged in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for correct shipping. If the returned product is damaged, the costs will be recoverd from the customer.

Shippingcosts
We will refund the Return Shippingcosts only if the return is a result off a mistake we made. If we delivered the wrong product or if we delivered a damaged product. Otherwise the Return Shippingcosts must be paid by the customer.
