Questions about ordering and payment
- How do I know if a product is in stock?
When we don’t have a product in stock, this will always be mentioned on the product page. If possible we will also mention when the product will be in stock again.
2. I think something went wrong with my order/ payment. What should I do?
When you are not sure if your order/ payment was succesful it is important to contact us as soon as possible. We can see what possibly went wrong.
3. How do I know if my order went succesful?
When you walked trough the order and payment process you will eventually see a message that your order was succesful. You will also receive an e-mail with your order information.
4. Which payment methods do you offer?
You can pay with the following methods:
- iDEAL (only for the Netherlands)
- Credit Card
- Bank Transfer
- Belfius Direct Net
- SEPA Direct Debit
- KBC/ CBC
- Mister Cash
- SOFORT Banking
Questions about shipping
1. When will I receive my order?
We strive to process your order within 24 hours (except on weekends). The duration of delivery depends on your location. Within the Netherlands most orders will be deliverd the next weekday. For other countries this may take longer.
You will receive an e-mail with Track & Trace code so you can always follow your order.
2. Do i receive a track & trace code for my order?
Yes. You will receive an e-mail with your personel Track & Trace code, as soon as we hand your order over to the shipment company. This may take up to 24 hours depending on the moment you place your order.
3. I have a specific request about delivery.
Do you have a specific request for the moment of delivery or do you want your package to be deliverd at a postoffice, so you can pick it up yourself? Whitin Europe we can offer several delivery options. If you have a special delivery request, please mention this with your order or contact us.
4. I still haven’t received my order, what should I do?
We recommend you to first check the status of your Track & Trace code. If this doesn’t help, please contact us.
5. I want to return my order or an item. How does this work?
For questions about returns, please check our returns policy.
6. Do you charge shippingcosts?
- The Netherlands: Free Shipment for orders over €25,00. For orders under €25,00 we charge €6,00 Shippingcosts.
- Europe: Free Shipment for orders over €100,00. For orders under €100,00 we charge €14,95 Shippingcosts.
Exceptions are Cyprus (€24,95), Greece (€24,95), Norway (€44,95) and Switserland (€45,00). For these countries also Free Shipment for oderders over €100,00.
- WorldWide: For orders outside of Europe we charge €29,95.
